International Citizen Service East is open again to a limited extent during summer 2020

Tuesday- Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm

Telephone hours:

Monday-Wednesday 10am-4pm
Thursday 11am-4pm
Friday 10am-3.30pm

Procedure:

International Citizen Service East is now open again three days a week. All appointments need to be booked in advance and we kindly ask you to be on time for the appointment, so we can comply with the health authorities guidelines on distance and number of persons per square meter.
Due to the guidelines, we can only serve 2 persons per appointment.  At International Citizen Service East, Gyldenløvesgade you can book an appointment at International House Copenhagen's website for following services:

  • EU residence document
  • Health Insurance Card and CPR-number
  • Tax card (only by extension of EU residence or CPR booking)
  • Workindenmark (Jobseeking guidance and unemployment benefit from home country (EU/EEA/swiss)

EU residence document:

You can book an appointment Tuesday to Thursday at International Citizen Service, Gyldenløvesgade to submit an application with The Danish Agency for Recruitment and Integration (SIRI).

Health Insurance Card and CPR-number:

You can apply for a Health Insurance Card and CPR-number at International House copenhagen's website.

When the application is processed, you will receive an invitation letter to book a personal appointment at ICS East.

Tax card:

If you have booked a time for EU residence document and/or Health Insurance Card and CPR-number, you can ask to be forwarded to SKAT in order to apply for a tax card. You cannot book an appointment for TAX card only.

EU/EEA/Swiss jobseekers with unemployment benefit from home country:

To hand in a PD U2 form to Workindenmark you need to book an appointment Tuesday to Thursday.

If you need to hand in a PD u2 form Monday or Friday, you must call: (+45)33 66 66 06 to make an appointment. It is important that you register your CV at www.workindenmark.dk beforehand and bring your CV number for the appointment.

Job seeking guidance:

You can book a personal appointment Tuesday to Thursday with one of the recruitment consultants from Workindenmark. It is also possible to get job seeking guidance by phone or skype call. Please call ICS East at P: (+45) 33 66 66 06 to book an appointment.

Residence and work permit for non EU/EEA/Swiss-citizen

Residence and work permit for non EU/EEA/Swiss citizen is handled only at the main office of The Danish Agency for Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) at Carl Jacobsens Vej. You can book an appointment to submit an application and have your biometric data recorded at SIRI.
