PLEASE NOTE:

The Danish Customs and Tax Administration and Workindenmark are currently not physically present at ICS due to preventive measures enforced by the Danish Government. Please contact by phone or e-mail. Contact information can be found below. The Danish Agency for Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) and Copenhagen Municipality are still present.

Procedure:

It is mandatory to book an appointment in advance before visiting ICS East in person. We kindly ask you to be on time for the appointment, so we can comply with the health authorities' guidelines on distance and number of persons per square meter. When visiting ICS in Copenhagen you must as of 29.th of October wear a face mask.

At International Citizen Service East, Gyldenløvesgade you can book an appointment at International House Copenhagen's website for following services:

  • EU residence document
  • Health Insurance Card and CPR-number
  • Tax card: The service is provided online at skat.dk.
  • Workindenmark (Jobseeking guidance and unemployment benefit from home country (EU/EEA/swiss) except Wednesdays: The service is provided digitally.

EU residence document:

You can book an appointment during International Citizen Service's opening hours to submit an application to The Danish Agency for Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) that is represented at ICS at Gyldenløvesgade.

Health Insurance Card and CPR-number:

You can apply for a Health Insurance Card and CPR-number at International House copenhagen's website.

When the application is processed, you will receive an invitation letter to book a personal appointment at ICS East.

Tax card:

Tax cards should be ordered online.

EU/EEA/Swiss jobseekers with unemployment benefit from home country:

To hand in a PD U2 form to Workindenmark East you must send or hand in the form to:
Workindenmark East, Gyldensløvesgade 11,1., 1600 København. You may also choose to hand in personally to the mailbox located in the entrance to International House, please remember to state the "hand in" date on the envelope as the mailbox is not emptied every day. It is important that you register your CV beforehand and write your CV number on the form. You can also send your CV number to east@citizen.dk.

Residence and work permit for non EU/EEA/Swiss-citizen

Applications for a residence and work permit for non EU/EEA/Swiss citizen are handled only at the main office of The Danish Agency for Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) at Carl Jacobsens Vej. You can book an appointment to submit an application and have your biometric data recorded at SIRI.
