ICS West in Aarhus has a modified registration procedure due to the government's Covid-19 preventive measures. Please follow the steps below to register at responsible authorities upon your arrival.

Office hours

Due to COVID-19 preventive measures only the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI) is currently open for personal service. Office hours:

Thursday 1pm - 5pm
Friday 9am - 1pm

EU/EEA/Swiss citizens

First step:

Please book an appointment with SIRI (Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration) in order to obtain an EU residence document.

Second step:

If you are a resident in Aarhus, Viborg, Syddjurs, Struer,  Horsens, Silkeborg, Ringkøbing‐Skjern, Randers, Odder, Norddjurs, Ikast-Brande, Favrskov, Herning, Skive or  Skanderborg municipality, you can apply for a CPR-number (Civil Registration Number) at Aarhus municipality's citizen service center. 

If your municipality is not listed above, please apply for a CPR-number (Civil Registration Number) at your residence municipality's citizen service center.

 

Third step:

Please apply for your tax card online.
