Are you a great team player and coordinator? Would you like to help structure the workday of busy management teams as well as support the LEGO Strategy & Transformation agenda?Assistant to VP of Strategy & TransformationAs a personal assistant, your main responsibility is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the VP of Strategy & Transformation as well as the Strategy & Transformation leadership team. While the VP focuses on setting the strategic direction and leading the team to deliver on their agenda, you will ensure that day-to-day matters are carried out, systematically and meticulously.
Having several important stakeholders, your challenge will be to establish the right service level, turn things around quickly in a dynamic business and ensure a high level of quality and discipline in the process as you:
• Assist the VP in day-to-day management of calendars, arranging travel and accommodation and making other relevant arrangements
• Provide general support to the Strategy & Transformation leadership team, e.g. participating in meetings, taking notes and following up on actions
• Support on ad hoc department tasks in support of the overall Strategy & Transformation business agenda

Structured and organised self-starter with a strong business senseTo succeed in this position, you are comfortable working with multiple and semi-defined working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour. With your high ethical standards and personal integrity, you are highly collaborative and have a flair for understanding the needs of the business and proactively offering the right assistance. Moreover:
• You have a degree possibly within Linguistics, Languages, Economics or Business Administration
• You have 2+ years of experience in a challenging supporting or coordination role, e.g. as a personal assistant
• You are an experienced user of the MS Office suite
• You speak and write English effortlessly
