When recruiting from abroad, there can be doubts about which rules apply to you as an employer and what registrations and applications the employee must complete to be eligible to work in Denmark. There is a guide available to help you navigate these requirements.
The guide assists both the employer and the employee in complying with applicable rules and regulations. It supports the employer throughout the recruitment process and equips the employer to advise the employee on the necessary registrations and applications required to work in Denmark.
